Class of 2010 - Kasey

Had the pleasure of meeting up with Kasey a few weeks back at the Denver Performing Arts Center for his senior session.  A theatre and musical guy himself, it was the perfect location for the shoot.  A little rain, got chased off by security, but managed to get some cool stuff.  Here are a few of my favorites.  Check it out!

Ventured down to the loading dock and found this cool wall.  Love the color in the these next two.

Kasey was up for anything.  Pretty flippin cool if you ask me...

Right before we got kicked off the parking garage...

Good luck your senior year Kasey!  I know you will do great things.

Meet: Brylin

Meet Brylin.   I've known Brylin's mom for years and haven't been in touch since our past lives at the Dal Ward.  Britt needed some updated pics of Brylin for an upcoming birthday party.  So we met up at grandma's house in Broomfield for the session.  It was great to catch up with Britt and her family.

Happy Birthday Brylin!  You are the sweetest thing...

Oh, we got some great stuff...  Check it out!

There's something about the swings that makes every kids smile.  Simple.  Fun.

Something irresistible about tossing the kiddos in the air.  I'm guilty.  Is it a dad thing?

Too cool!

The wagon was left unattended with the keys in the ignition, so we took it for a quick spin!  Love it!

The beautiful family.

Meet: the Luna's

Meet the Luna's.  I few weeks back I had the opportunity to meet up with this great family in Castle Rock for a little family session.  The joy they share as a family is evident as I watched them interact.  Made for some great shots.  Here are a few... Check it out!

Such a sweet moment between mother and son...

You gotta love the expression on dad's face... Priceless!

I grabbed this one as we wandered through the park looking for the next spot to shoot...

The star of the show, Cape!

This little guy has some energy.  One of the few moments that he wasn't racing around enjoying the life of a 2 year old...

Class of 2010 - Phillip, CHS

Meet Phillip... Class of 2010, CHS.  Smart, laid back AND rocks in a band!  Headed to Red Rocks recently for his senior session.  Here are the goods!  Check it out...

Phillip was a champ.  We had  to wait as the everyone and their mother ran the stairs, lunged across the seats and did push ups.  Awesome is the payoff for patience!

A little Jake Gyllenhal-esque don't you think?  Sorry Phillip, I know that crap probably gets old...

Sportin' the shirt and tie for mom, but still rockin' the Vans!  I love it.

Senior pictures + Purple garbage cans?  Works for me!

Wedding - Amber & Darius, Telluride, CO

A few weeks back, I had the honor of shooting Amber and Darius' wedding in Telluride, CO.  A beautiful mountainside house was the setting for this intimate, heartfelt occasion.  Surrounded by their family and closest friends, Amber & Darius became one...

Amber & Darius, it has been a privilege to be your friends and to be a part of your special day.  Thank you!

There were too many to include, but here are a few...

Love the expressions here just after Amber put her veil on...

As she got ready, Darius reads a letter from his bride to be...

His eyes say it all....

The beautiful bride.  And a pretty happy groom...

My favorite shot of the day...

The End...

Class of 2010 - Travis

Meet Travis...  Class of 2010. CHS.  Confident, easy going, a natural in front of the camera.  Meet up with Travis recently at his house to get the goods.  Open space, an old barn, a dirt bike track (yeah a dirt bike track in the backyard!) all made for some cool stuff.  Here are a few of the favorites from the day.  Check it out...

Great smile.  Amazing Light.  All Good.

Battman!

Some love for the Double-T.  The Texas Tech motto is "From Here, It's Possible."  I like.

I mentioned the dirt bike track in the backyard...  This is why.  How flippin' cool is this!?!    How come I had to sit in front of a white background on a stool for my senior pictures???
